General inquiries regarding yourpay products

YOURPAY Application

YOURPAY is electronic money that can be used to make financial transactions through the Yourpay application on your mobile phone.

My YOURPAY Account

YOURPAY account can be done by filling in:

  1. Full name according to valid identity card..
  2. Register an active mobile number that will be used as your account number. Don't forget to also fill in the country code. For example, if you are in Indonesia, before your cellphone number enter the code +62 or select the image of your country's flag.
  3. Enter a random 6 digit number that will be used as your PIN (it is not recommended to use consecutive numbers such as 123456 or repeated numbers such as 555555)
  4. Make sure all fields are filled in correctly and read the terms and conditions that apply.
  5. You will receive a one time password (OTP) via SMS to the phone number you registered. Enter the OTP in the required column.
  6. Congratulations, you have successfully registered as a YOURPAY user.
If the above process has been completed, then you are already registered with YOURPAY and have your own account. You can log into your account using the PIN you created as your password, and the phone number you registered as your account number.
Then, to be able to use all the features of the YOURPAY application, please verify your account.

The Verification Code or OTP Code is a code consisting of a unique 6 digit number that will be sent to the mobile number registered via SMS or the WhatsApp application.

If you don't get an OTP Code, do the following below:

  • Make sure the cellphone number entered is correct.
  • Make sure the mobile number registered is an active number.
  • Wait a few minutes for the OTP code to resend.
If you still haven't received the OTP code, please contact YOURPAY Customer Service team.

Top Up Balance

YOURPAY balance can be topped up through banks, domestic and foreign agents, alfamart and alfamidi.

Cash Withdrawal

Currently you can withdraw your YOURPAY balance via:

  • Local agents (Indonesia) and foreign agents who have registered as YOURPAY agents (a list of registered agents can be found below).
  • Make transfers via Virtual Account. Balance withdrawals can be made via YOURPAY local agent and bank account.

Purchase & Pay Bills

To find out how to pay for the purchase at Alfamart, you can visit the TUTORIAL page in the 'Pay Shopping' section then 'Pay Shopping at Alfamart'.

To find out how to purchase credit and electricity tokens, you can visit the TUTORIAL page in the 'Purchase & Pay Bills' section then 'Purchase Credit and Tokens in the App'.

To find out how to pay for BPJS Kesehatan bills, you can visit the TUTORIAL page in the 'Purchase & Pay Bills' section then 'Pay BPJS Bills'.

To find out how to pay PLN bills, you can visit the TUTORIAL page in the 'Buy & Pay Bills' section then 'Pay PLN Bills'.

To find out how to pay PDAM bills, you can visit the TUTORIAL page in the 'Purchase & Pay Bills' section then 'Pay PDAM Bills'.

To find out how to pay installments, you can visit the TUTORIAL page in the 'Purchase & Pay Bills' then 'Pay Installments'.

To find out how to pay zakat and donation, you can visit the TUTORIAL page under 'Zakat & Donation' then 'Pay Zakat & Donation'.

To view transaction history, the method is:

  • Open YOURPAY application.
  • Click on 'My Account'.
  • Then select 'Transaction History'..

The maximum transaction in a month is IDR 20,000,000 (twenty million rupiah).

Following are the service fees for the YOURPAY application

On the main page of YOURPAY app, tap the 'Help' menu (lower right corner), then select 'Chat Admin' or view 'Video Tutorials'.

You can also contact YOURPAY customer service at 0813 8888 7860 or 0819 4953 5415. Apart from the two numbers, it is certain that it is not YOURPAY.

YOURPAY already has a license from Bank Indonesia under the name PT Rpay Finansial Digital Indonesia.

Put a PIN on the YOURPAY application. Make sure the PIN is not a sequential number (123456) or a repeating number (111111).
